Commercial Services
Commercial Maintenance, Repairs & Property Support
SIR Renovation Group provides selected commercial renovation, handyman and property maintenance services for offices, retail spaces, property managers, landlords and small commercial properties in Toronto and the GTA. Each request is reviewed directly so the work list, access requirements and service scope can be confirmed before scheduling.
Commercial properties often need more than one type of small repair at a time. We help organize compatible maintenance, turnover, installation and minor improvement tasks under one clear scope.

Commercial Services for Offices, Retail & Managed Properties
We focus on practical repair, maintenance and improvement work that helps keep commercial spaces functional, presentable and ready for staff, customers or tenants.
Commercial Maintenance & Repairs

For everyday property issues, compatible repair items can often be grouped into one service visit. Typical requests include door and hardware adjustments, drywall repair, paint touch-ups, caulking, shelving, wall-mounted items, furniture assembly, minor cabinetry adjustments and general punch-list work.

Tenant Turnover / Move-In / Move-Out Repairs

Between tenants, commercial units may need wall patching, drywall repair, painting, hardware adjustments, removal of old mounting points and installation of new fixtures or accessories. A consolidated turnover punch list helps organize the work before the next occupancy.

Office & Retail Maintenance

Customer-facing and occupied spaces often need repairs completed with attention to access, cleanliness and business operations. Selected work may include shelving and display installation, TV and monitor mounting, wall repairs, paint touch-ups, furniture assembly, door hardware and finishing repairs.

Commercial Refresh & Minor Renovation

When a commercial space does not need a full build-out, a focused refresh can address worn finishes and selected improvements. The scope may include interior painting, drywall repair, trim and caulking, selected cabinetry or hardware adjustments, wall-mounted fixtures and other minor renovation work.

Property Management Maintenance Support

Property managers can send a work list with photos, unit or location details, access instructions and priority notes. Compatible tasks can be organized into a confirmed scope, including turnover work, common-area repairs, installation items and general maintenance. Before-and-after photo documentation can be included when requested.

Preventive Maintenance

Planned maintenance can help identify visible small issues before they become a longer repair list. Reviews may include door hardware, wall condition, paint wear, caulking, selected fixtures, shelving and other general maintenance items. Regulated building-system inspections remain outside general handyman maintenance.

1. Send the work list

2. Review the scope
We review the requested tasks, identify compatible items, and note work that may require different materials, a qualified regulated trade or a separate project.
3. Confirm access & scheduling
Provide building rules, elevator or loading requirements, customer-facing hours, security procedures and any areas that must remain operational.
4. Complete the agreed work
The confirmed repair, maintenance or improvement work is completed within the approved scope. Materially different site conditions or additional items are reviewed separately.
5. Close the work list
When requested, the completed items can be reviewed using site photos or a final walkthrough.
Commercial Work That May Require Separate Trades or Approvals
Electrical, gas, fire-safety, HVAC, structural, major plumbing, hazardous-material and permit-controlled work may require qualified trades, building approval or a separate project scope. These requirements should be identified before work proceeds whenever possible.
